This 3-bedroom villa belonging to Liz Ward and Trevor Birkbeck is available all year round. It has three comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds) and will therefore accommodate at least 6 people whilst a cot is available for a youngster. All the bedrooms have air conditioning whilst the lounge has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The villa has two bathrooms, and enjoys enviable open views over the 7th and 18th fairways of La Marquesa Golf. The villa has its own kidney shaped pool and is tastefully decorated throughout. The kitchen has full facilities, including a dishwasher, a large fridge/freezer and microwave.

The living space includes three sun terraces, which overlook open vistas. It also has a microwave linked TV service which receives the standard British channels plus plenty of others, a DVD player and a Hi Fi system with plenty of CDs and DVDs to choose from.

Rates are as follows:

Low season - 30th Oct to 1st May - £400 per week.

Middle season - 1st May to 30th June, 1st Sept to 30th Oct, Easter and Xmas - £600 per week.

Peak season - 1st July to 31st Aug - £800 per week

Daily rate of £100 per night with minimum booking of 4 nights.

In July and August we prefer to let this property for a minimum of 1 week with the changeover day being Saturday. However, if you have a requirement to start or end your holiday on different days then do please ask.
