Rates are as follows:

Low season - 30th Oct to 1st May - £200 per week.

Middle season - 1st May to 30th June, 1st Sept to 30th Oct, Easter and Xmas - £350 per week.

Peak season - 1st July to 31st Aug - £500 per week

Daily rate of £50 per night in the low and middle season, £75 per night in the peak season with minimum booking of 4 nights.

In July and August we prefer to let this property for a minimum of 1 week with the changeover day being Saturday. However, if you have a requirement to start or end your holiday on different days then do please ask.
