EL OASIS - This 2 bedroomed villa belonging to Lin and Gary is available all year round. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds). There is a 3 seater sofa in the lounge which can convert into a double bed.

There are also 2 single under beds which can be used in a fully enclosing gazebo situated on the large roof terrace. This can be an exciting "camping experience" for young teenagers.

There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge.

The villa is next to the La Marquesa Golf Course.

The villa has two bathrooms and is tastefully decorated throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing m/c, fridge/freezer and microwave.

There is a swimming pool in the back garden area. The villa has British speaking Sky TV service, a DVD, Video and CD player.

Rates are as follows:

Low season - 30th Oct to 1st May - £375 per week.

Middle season - 1st May to 30th June, 1st Sept to 30th Oct, Easter and Xmas - £480 per week.

Peak season - 1st July to 31st Aug - £600 per week

Daily rate of £75 per night with minimum booking of 4 nights.

In July and August we prefer to let this property for a minimum of 1 week with the changeover day being Saturday. However, if you have a requirement to start or end your holiday on different days then do please ask.
